BladesTv is a "family friendly," video sharing and social networking website featuring the Florida Everblades. BladesTv was created in January 2010 by the developers of MyitownTv.com. The company is based in Naples, Florida, and uses Adobe Flash Video technology to display a wide variety of video content, including game highlights, TV commercials and infomercials, as well as member submitted content such as video blogging and short original videos. Most of the content at BladesTv.com has been uploaded by BladesTv.com's administration and it's commercial partners. However, registered members can upload their own content providing it has relevance to hockey and/or the Florida Everblades.

Registered members can post comments and rate the videos, create their own video playlists, start and participate in blogs, and email videos to their friends. Unregistered users can watch the videos, while registered members are permitted to upload an unlimited number of non-commercial videos as long as they have some sort of relevance to hockey and/or the Florida Everblades. Videos that are considered to contain potentially offensive content are not allowed. The uploading of videos by members containing defamation, pornography, extreme violence, bad language, commercial advertisements, copyright violations, and material encouraging criminal conduct is prohibited by BladesTv.com's terms of service. All videos must be validated by BladesTv.com's administration before they are posted for public viewing.
